As teenagers we often feel as though our opinions are very disregarded and we normally are just seen as children that don´t understand the world yet. So we as the grey team aim to dive in a journey where we can express our opinions and debate with each other to achieve a more mature and deep understanding of this topic that affects us all nowadays.  I feel like no other subject presented to us was this debatable and personal, despite being really interesting most of the other themes given to us were very factual. What i mean by that is per example if we were to choose the 1950-1990 i feel like we would be stating facts, telling stories about that time, how society in general acted and the consequences of those same actions, as i previously said it´s not something necessarily bad to talk about it's just that our intention with this blog is to mature our views in problems that the world is currently facing.

So why didn’t we choose globalization and democracy?

When compared to multiculturalism despite being both current topics nowadays globalization lacks a more direct approach on people's lives. Globalization  impacted us all immensely of course, however multiculturalism connects far more with the individuals and the different parts and people of the world, So, to sum up we choose this theme because we thought it was the most debatable and connecting of them all and we believe that after all the research and posts about this subject we will have a different view of it, not necessarily opposite but just different.
